Perhaps you’ve had a leftover hard-boiled egg in the fridge and somehow made a sandwich of it; I’ve never, well not of the sliced variety. Although I enjoy a monthly egg salad sammy, I’ve never eaten an egg as the one below. T’was a goodie, like a breakfast sam….for dinner.
Ingredients: Rosemary Ham, Hard Boiled Egg, Cheddar Cheese (melted), Tomato, Mayo and S&P on a whole wheat bun.

For like 8 bucks and about 40 minutes of your life, you can have one of THE BEST sandwiches in Vancouver. Check out Finch’s on West Pender but I would suggest calling in your order (604) 899-4040, as there tends to be a pretty good wait for your food. They use premium quality products and serve it up in a pretty cute decor (the sandwich AND the restaurant).

Ingredients: Prosciutto, Blue Brie, Roasted Walnuts, Pear, Oil and Vinegar.
and might I recommend a DARN good cookie for dessert!

We’ve got a fresh new treat in the Railtown neighbourhood, 2 Chefs and a Table. This diamond in the rough is conveniently located on the corner of Gore and Alexander and available for all your lunchtime needs. I’ve only been once so far, and started it out with the daily sandwich of course. She was a fine, fresh sammy alongside a delicious green salad. They’ve got burgs and wraps and all that good stuff.
