Although tasty, this artisan baguette was a lil too dense to use as a bun (see last thick post)…so I sliced ‘er vert. Min din sams x 3.
Ingredients: Italian Wine Salami, Cambozola Cheese, Red Onion, Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil on baguette slices.

Ingredients: Spicy Calabrese Salami, Sharp White Cheddar (Baldersons), Fuji Apple, Grainy Mustard and Balsamic Vinegar on French slices.
The imitation.
Ingredients: Spicy Capicola, Balderson’s Sharp White Cheddar, Apple, Keen’s hot mustard, Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil on a bun.
The modification.
Ingredients: Spicy Capicola, Balderson’s Sharp White Cheddar, Apple, Frisee Lettuce, Keen’s hot mustard on a bun.
