Mama Mia! I’ve been waiting for this sandwich all day and it did not disappoint. BBQ chicken for dinner last night… leftovers in my salad at lunch (delish)… and finished ‘er off in a dinner sam this evening. I hereby declare this my fave new summer sam of 2009.
Go. BBQ some chicken. Chill it in the fridge. Tomato, Avocado, all that. Do it. Cheese bun from Safeway too, don’t skimp.
Ingredients: BBQ Chicken, Avocado, Lettuce, Tomato, Mayo and S&P on a Cheese Bun.

wow weird, the last post I did was a ‘top’ ranking sandwich too. Basically the same ingredients too! Huh, well different taste and different category (resto/hommie). Try both.
