Oh man, this sandwich was so long ago but sooo good. If I remember correctly it was grilled cheese, made on cheese bread.

Ingredients: Grilled cheese on cheese bread. Possibly a seasoned outside?

I think it was just seasoned with cajun spice….but used real cheese and let it it bleed out the side so it crisped up
