Gourmet Grillin’

After marinating some veggies for two days it was time to fire them on the bbq last night. I took some red and green peppers and sliced some zucchini, then soaked them in a garlic, olive oil and balsamic vinegar mixture.  It all turned out super tasty. This was for sure one of my more gourmet sandwiches.

Ingredients: Grilled Veggies, Feta Cheese, Oregano and Pepper on multigrain toast.

    i’ve seen these veggies before. oh yes… it was in my recent canadian tire flyer on a picture for a bbq sale. Liar!
