Mmmm why didn’t I think of making and blogging this sooner? What a great meal to cook for friends…or family. I got pretty creative with the bun spread. I nailed it really, so good. Also served up some ceasar salad with homemade dressing, garrrrrlic. Yum.

Ingredients: Roast Beef (only the best from Market Meats on 4th), homemade ‘spread’ (see below) and melted sharp white cheddar (Balderson’s!!) on a toasted bun. Served with ‘au jus’ for dipping.

Spread: Dijon mustard, Keen’s hot mustard, Horseradish, Garlic, S&P.

 

Day 2: Re-heat and add cambozola cheese to the sammy for the next-day-leftover-lunch. TO DIE FOR!
