Here’s a little doozy from a friend who traveled to a far away land called: ‘Seattle’. I have been recommended to eat at ‘Salumi Artisan Cured Meats’…not just on my next visit accross the border, but as the destination of the trip itself! I must say this place looks darn good, and I just might do that. Check out the creative selection of fine meats on their website. And check out this example of their fine work…

Ingredients: Smoked Paprika Salami, Cambozola Cheese, Roasted/Pickled Peppers and Onions, on a nice bread with Olive Oil.
