There are new Quizno’s coupons in the mail right now so it was only a matter of time before I went for a warm sub. They still make the Turkey/Bacon/Guac even though its not on the menu. It was quite good. I can only enjoy Quizno’s once every few months but when I have it, I do like it.

Ingredients: Turkey, Bacon, Guacamole, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion and Ranch on toasted whole wheat.

I ordered ‘the special’ yesterday at a cafe on Main St.  It was a poor decision. I was too hungry to think! The soup sounded so good (and it was)…but I should have just got that on its own. Blahhhh…

Ingredients: Turkey, Goat Cheese, Pesto on Multigrain.

Damn, I’m running out of ways to describe my recommendations. This is delicious  my favourite  the best  THE ULTIMATE wrap from Splitz Grill. Soooo amazing…but I ask that you order is exactly as so:

Ingredients: Veggie Lentil Patty, Splitz Sauce, Hummous, Babaganoush, Tzaziki, Banana Peppers, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Cucumber on whole wheat wrap. (Note: I like pickles as much as the next guy, but they are not part of this recipe)

EXACTLY as so, and you will understand its supremacy.

Another Point for Montreal

The BEST BEST BEST Chicken Shawarma I’ve ever had, anywhere. Go to Montreal right now and visit Boustan Restaurant for an amazing meal.

This Lebanese  sandwich, a.k.a. Shish Taouk, is the Middle-Eastern version of a Greek ‘gyro’. I’m telling you, this was the most delicious meal of the trip. My Egyptian background has lead me to try many a pita wrap, but this one takes the cake. Bestest.

Ingredients: (not too sure…) Chicken, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickled Turnips, Cucumber?, Onion, Garlic Mayo, Tahini? …and then they grill it to perfection.

I kinda sorta ate the whole thing before photo-ing it. We got some garlic potatoes and a couple of dolmates too. MMM!
