French Picnic

July 27, 2009

I love love love little quaint cafes…especially when they have amazing food! My first visit to Coco et Olive was so pleasant. I needed extra time to decide what to have cause there were too many delicious options. I ended up ordering one of the best paninis I’ve ever had, the ‘French Picnic’. Even the name is so great that it made the sandwich even better cause all I could think about was a french picnic!

Ingredients: Paprika Salami, Provolone Cheese, Hard Boiled Egg, Green Olive Tepenade, Mustard on pressed whole wheat baguette.

*The bread, the tepenade, the mustard, everything was  perfect!
