Eat it.

Interests include: cooking…and eating leftovers for 1-3 meals after.

Cooking for 1 gets a lil discouraging after a while…or should I say BORING. I love love love to cook but sometimes I like to cook more than I like to eat it! Well at least that’s true when I get to the 3rd portion in a row. Dinner, lunch, dinner…lunch/freeze/toss. I try to make small portions, I do! But it’s hard.

Anyway, enough of this fall/winter cooking. I’m taking it back to the basics: Sandwiches and carrot sticks.

Ingredients: Cheddar Cheese, Tomato, Mayo, S&P on whole wheat.

Yesterday: Grilled, hot.

Today: Toasted, cold.
