Cheese overload from JJ Bean sammy. Yesterday’s salad would have been good with this one.

Thank you to KB and LB for the Xmas gift card. I know its supposed to be for hot chocs but I forgot me lunch.

Ingredients: Cheddar Cheese, Mozzerella Cheese, Garlic Mayo Cream Cheese Spread and Tomato, grilled on bread.

I tell ya, a jar of pesto instantly makes you a good cook. I’ve never bought pre-made pesto before now, but it’s darn good! And versatile.

I do recommend a side of salad with this sandwich as its pretty rich.

Ingredients: Mozzarella Cheese & Pesto on whole wheat pita, pressed.

And by stealers I mean thieves, it just doesn’t have the same ring to it. Either way, I took what I could get out of the office fridge today from yesterday’s staff meeting leftovers. Meat, lettuce and condiments is all that was left and I went for it. I would never normally choose a cranberry hoagie either, but…read the title of this post.

Ingredients: Roast Beef, Salami, Rosemary Ham, Lettuce, Mayo and Dijon Mustard on a cranho.
