Without sounding too carnivorous…this sandwich is what dreams are made of.

It’s really the Cambozola cheese that makes it so so darn good. And the apple. Annnnnd the bread, wHich I somehow got for free at Cobb’s, AGAIN! Last time I got a free bun just as they were closing up shop. This time it was because both the (new favourite) Turkish Buns were tiny runts. I woulda paid 2 for 1, but she insisted on 2 for 0, so I put away my toonie.

Anyway, so here’s the sandwich, created from leftover Mother’s Day steak dinner….

Ingredients: Steak, Cambozola Cheese, Dijon Mustard….

…and a last minute decision:

I packed a lil tomato/green onion mixture to top off the sammy, but my apple caught my eye on the way to the kitchen. The apple won…with some tomato/onion salad on the side

and grilled of course…

Oh and here’s Elliot’s BLT that happened at the same time in the kitchen.
