Dazed & Confused

Drove around for 15 minutes this morning with no destination…and no music on. I was a hungover zombie in need of somethin’ filling to eat. Rolled up to La Grotta and went veggie for the first time. It was just right for a 10am sandwich.

Ingredients: Swiss Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Roasted Eggplant and Red Peppers, Banana Peppers, Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar, Dijon Mustard and Basil Mayo, toasted on whole wheat foccacia.
