…not like LBS…like sterling!!!

Chef Martin Blunos created a £111.95 cheese sandwich! Its a 1/2 kg double decker filled with white truffle, 100 yr old balsamic vinegar, quail’s egg and sprinkled with edible gold dust. I’M INTO IT!

Ingredients: Layered Cheese, Quail’s Egg, Black Tomato (!!), Epicure Apple (??), Fresh Figs, Mustard Red Frills, Pea Shoots, Red Amaranth (?), Olive Oil, Balsamic and Gold Dust (!!?) on sourdough.


Grilled Fromage, Squamish

I finally went to Grilled Fromage in Squamish and it was great! There is something like 60 grilled cheese sandwiches to choose from…crazy! I definitely didn’t take enough time to decide…instead I just got ‘what he’s having’ and added apple to satisfy a craving.

Check out the menu www.grilledfromage.com . I had the Woah Nellie + apple, cup of tomato soup, and a can of beer. They have beers, Super Nintendo and great decor.

Sorrrrrrryyyyyyyyyy, along with neglecting this blog, I also neglected to take a photo of this sandwich until it was practically too late. But check it out, they serve your sandwich with cheesies, frozen blueberries and a gummy worm!

Ingredients: Roast Beef, Swiss Cheese, Horseradish and Apple on sourdough.

Ingredients: Subway Cold Cut Trio, Southwest Sauce, Mustard, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Green Peppers, Pickles, Cucumbers, Banana Peppers and S&P on toasted whole wheat 12″. Load it up!

Ingredients: Thrifty’s Ham & Cheese sam…with lettuce, mayo, mustard on brown i think.
